Sadie

Sadie is a 10-month old Golden Retriever who suffered severe damage to her leg after being hit by a car. Her owners did not have the financial resources to provide veterinary care. She was turned over to our partners Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue.

In intense pain when she came into the rescue, a veterinary exam determined that due to the devastating nature of her injuries the most humane course was to amputate the leg. That surgery has been successfully performed and SCGRR reports that Sadie is now resting comfortably.

We have made a donation to help pay the costs of Sadie’s surgery and the aftercare she will require.
