Miley Unchained

Miley spent the first five months of her life chained up by her owners in Aiken County, S.C. When our partners at Home for Good (HFG) Dog Rescue found her, she was limping and her right leg was longer than her left. This was a result of being kicked by her owners.

We are sponsoring Miley to cover the cost of her veterinary care.

After x-rays and a radiograph it was determined that her ACL was damaged by the blows she received. She will not be needing surgery but she will likely always walk with a limp. Miley is now in New Jersey with an HFG foster family. She is recovering and getting ready to be adopted by a loving family that will take care of her.

Tess McIntyre Foundation is a 501(c)3 charity that raises funds to support rescue dogs that need medical care in order to restore their health and prepare them for adoption. Donations to the foundation will help us help more dogs like Nemo and his brothers and sister.
