Cookie

Cookie was only 8 months old when her owners had to surrender her because they couldn't afford to pay for the surgery she needed. Cookie had an intestinal blockage.

Now in the care of our partners Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue, Cookie's surgery was successful. The object that was blocking her intestines was a large hair curler. She is in some pain and has diarrhea. She is taking medications for both and is starting to eat. She should be able to move in with an SCGRR foster soon.
